Au Jardin de Jolyne/Mes poèmes - In my Memory!

In my Memory

A s a gift, one day you walked in to my life,
But suddently, one year ago, without any warning,
An angel came, spreading his gold wings over you,
And you walked permanently out of my life.

Still you will be in my memory!

A memory of you that I have created in my mind,
A gift from you that I have placed profondly in my heart,
A magic moment with you, souvenir of our cheerful complicity,
A peace of eternity for you that I will always share with you.

Still you will be in my memory!

A memory of those beautiful words and songs you sent me
With so much love, happiness and friendship.
Your faith in life, your passion about "Creating Affluence,
Your incredible strength like the eagle flying so high in the sky.

Still you will be in my memory!

A nd I will always carry that picture of you in my mind,
Talking and laughing with you, praying for you.
So many and wonderful souvenirs from a great friend!
Also, until my own eternity and my final meeting with you...

Still you will beIn myMemory!

NOTE - 1:

July 29 this year was the first anniversary of Rick's death. In memory of my best American friend, I wrote this small poem. For me he is always there near me, beside me. I think I am not the only one. His family, all his friends or customers, every body who knew him should remember his great personality, his faith in life, his serenity too and the way he was believing in this "entire physical universe" with all its abundance and all its possibilities.

This web page is another small gift I send him; to let him know that I am always with him, but he already knows that I am sure. Almost every day I speak with him (always in French) and I can sense his presence near me. This is why ...

"He will always be in my memory".
How can you forget a great friend like Rick ...
Impossible!

NOTE - 2:

The music you hear in background is named "Il Silenzio", performed by Nini Rosso, birth name Raffaele Celeste Rosso (Date of Birth: 11 August 1926, Turin, Italy - Date of Death: 5 October 1994).

After a residency on Radio Turin, Rosso relocated to Rome where he became recognized as a formidable mainstream jazz player.

Rosso's biggest commercial moment, was with "Il Silenzio' - theme tune to 1965"s The Legion's Last Patrol starring Stewart Granger - which, co-written with Guglielmo Brazzo, was a variation on "The Last Post".

NOTE - 3:

If you want, you can write a little (just little) word into my "Livre d'Or". Just to tell me if you like what I am doing .... or not... or give me advices, ... tricks too... or simply writing what you want, nothing more.
I will always be pleased and you are always welcome into my garden:

Merci de tout mon coeur d'être simplement là,
